A taverna built on tradition, love, and a little Mediterranean magic.
Three generations. One simple promise — every guest leaves feeling like family.

From a family kitchen to your table.
Koutouki Giamas began as a family kitchen — the kind where the door was always open, the bread was always warm, and there was always one more chair to pull up. When we opened our doors, we made a quiet promise to ourselves: we would never lose that feeling.
Today, our recipes are still the ones our grandmother handed down. Our olive oil still comes from groves we visit by hand. And every plate we serve still leaves the kitchen with the same care.

Simple ingredients. Treated like gold.
Greek cooking is honest cooking. A few good ingredients, treated with respect, and the courage to keep things simple. We bake our bread each morning. We press our own olive oil. We choose our fish that day, our lamb that week, our herbs from the terrace just outside the kitchen.
Nothing fancy. Nothing forced. Just the food we'd cook for our own family — because, in many ways, you already are.
